Interesting facts about me

I am a mum of two. I was a nurse until a year ago, but after my second son was born I didn't want to spend all my time away at work as I did with my first son.

I decided to join my brother in his venture and am teaching myself css and html and have built our website and have now joined the ebay community. My sites is not great but I'm really proud of it, when I started I didn't know you had to shut a computer down I used to switch it off at the button.

I am an avid ebay forum lurker especially love the shop forum, I don't have the courage to post but I have learnt loads. I saw ebay friends and came over and everyones seems really friendly so I took the plunge and have joined.

My interests are music, my children, computing and bingo and my perfect windown is to take my book in the bath with my lovely smellies and have half an hour of me time.

    Hi Again, i get a buzz every time i see the little notice that the ebay toolbar throws up with the green tick on to say an item is sold, i love green!!I still get the same buzz nearly 3 years on!!It's so addictive this,but great for keeping the mind alert!
    Remeber you can have a "rant" in here ,on the rant page, it's private, so no outsiders can see it!.
    Hope your shop is a great success.

    Hi Shirley, sorry for delay in replying. Dave works Sunday and Monday nights so can't get on much as he's in bed. I know what you mean about the excitement of a sale. Myself and my brother started our own website and it's the best feeling in the world when I get an email to say we've had a sale. I couldn't believe it when we had our first sale and the lady is lovely. I'm so looking forward to receiving my first feedback as a seller.

    It is a bit scary on the forums, I did notice everyone seems really friendly on here.

    I've just made another boo boo, I asked to join and forgot to add my id to get verified, I've done it now though.

    I had my first sale yesterday on ebay I am chuffed to bits.
